Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Orders are shipped via USPS
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Orders are shipped via USPS International and/or UPS International services.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, and any other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is lost in transit, a formal claim must be submitted with the shipping carrier before a refund can be issued.
- Packages that arrive with an undisclosed flaw or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery and may qualify for a full refund upon review.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
